I’ve tried so many diets over the years such as Atkins, Ideal Protein, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem and many others which have had varying levels of success. The main problem with all these diets is that once I lost the weight, I very quickly put it all back on again. I really wish I’d known about Healthy Weight Strategies before I tried all these diets because I didn’t realise dieting was actually messing up my metabolism. It’s taken some time but with the practical tasks and theory in this program, I have been able to maintain my ideal weight and it has changed my lifestyle so that I am no longer yoyoing up and down in weight.
